Each morning breakfast is prepared fresh — continental, buffet, Italian, vegetarian or à la carte — and served wherever you would like to sit.
Fresh pastries, eggs, fruit and freshly cooked petulla, the Albanian fritters, made to order.
The bar is stocked through the day — coffee, fresh juice, a glass of local wine or an evening aperitivo.

Breakfastin the garden
For many guests the morning in the garden is the best part of the stay. Tables are set among the flowers and olive trees, the petulla are fried to order, and the coffee keeps coming while the valley slowly wakes around you. No rush, no fixed hour — just a slow, generous start to the day.
There is no restaurant and no chef — breakfast is the one meal we make, and we make it properly, with homemade jam, fresh eggs, local cheese and fruit, and bread still warm from the morning.
A Local Breakfast
Pastries, pancakes, cheese, fruit, fresh eggs, homemade jam and the freshly fried Albanian fritters known as petulla. Breakfast can be continental, buffet, Italian, vegetarian or fully à la carte — whatever suits the morning.
